The hotel is well-appointed and comfortable, offering a marvelous view of the Andes mountains. The staff is extremely friendly. The location is superb, situated near a shopping center and park. The nearby Skybar Cofa is a great place to chill out.

It is an excellent modern property located in Las Condes district adjacent to many good restaurants, a large mall `` Parque Arauco '' that contain a lot shops and a shopping center. The hotel is in the very central location in the Las Condes neighbourhood.

I didn't like they don't have Jakoozi, also I didn't like the fact they don't have indoor swimming pool.

Everything was fantastic, so were stunning views of the mountains. Greatly enjoyed the price of our deluxe twin room and its essentials. There was beautiful outdoor restaurant with light meals.

I was made to feel welcome from the first step in the hotel.Our upgrade to Club was done easily.The staff at all times tried to make our stay as comfortable as can be.And,Santiago must be the cleanest city that I have been to world wide and I have been to all 7 continents.

We staid at the clubfloor and were invited to the Sylvesterparty that turned out the be an unforgetable beginning of the new year. Everything was dressed up in a splendid manner, the party of the year in Santiago. The hotel and the party will certainly see us around again!

I was upgraded to a brand-new and good-sized deluxe twin room with seating by the full windows. the hotel has a lively bar and outstanding food at the outdoor restaurant.
